Our commitment to copyright

Cheezious Menu Price is an independent informational website. We publish menu prices, estimated calorie figures, deals, branch details and related guides about the Cheezious brand. We are not the official Cheezious website, and our Disclaimer sets that relationship out in full.

We write our own content and use publicly available information responsibly. If copyrighted material has ended up here without permission, that was not intentional, and we will look at it and put it right.

How to submit a request

Send copyright requests through our Contact Us. Choose Copyright request under “What is this about?” and the form will ask you for each of the items listed in section 3. We aim to acknowledge legitimate requests within a reasonable time and to investigate them as quickly as we can.

Our review process

Once a valid complaint reaches us, this is what happens.

1. We review the reported content against your notice.
2. We verify the information you have provided.
3. We come back to you if anything is missing or unclear.
4. Where it is warranted, we remove, edit or properly credit the material.
5. We let you know the outcome once the review is finished, where that applies.

Counter notification

If content was taken down from this site by mistake, or because of a claim you believe was wrong, get in touch and explain why it should go back up. Include anything that supports your position. Every request of this kind is read properly before a decision is made.

Repeat violations

We take copyright seriously in both directions. Where we find repeated or deliberate copying of our own material, we reserve the right to have that content removed permanently and to take whatever further steps are appropriate to protect our work and the rights of others.
